• Attach a map of the area, clearly indicating
the project location.

• If the project is included in the medium
term/five year plan, specify actual
allocation.
• If the project is proposed to be financed
out of block provision, indicate:

Annual Operating Cost

Item-wise annual operating cost based on proposed capacity utilization be worked out for 5 years and sources of
its financing.

• the name, designation and phone # of the officer responsible for preparing and checking be provided. it may
also be confirmed that PC-1 has been prepared as per guidelines issued by the planning commission for the
preparation of PC-1 for infrastructure Sector project.
• The PC-1 along with certificate must be signed by the Principal Accounting Officer to ensure its ownership.

PC-2(PROJECT CYCLE)
Pc -2 is a feasibility report which has to be prepared for Mega projects. Pc-2 is
mandatory to be annexed with Pc-1

physical education(SSPE) at main campus.

a. general Description and Justification
the most important project for PUNJAB UNIVERSITY is the development of Sports ground , that is
planned to be developed through public sector. It is required to dedicate about 2 acres of PU land for this
project, that will house of sports and a few production of special skills in popular games, like athletic,
swimming, and advance techniques of different games etc. it will have facilities for big events like enter
department games and multi sports and practices also. One of the unit of this department will be used to
promote scientific education about sports through educational technology devices, concept
demonstrations etc for new and young talent.
