    Our school attended the National


    In-Service Training (INSET). It was
    done through Facebook Live or via
    LMS. So many topics were discussed in
    this training. I gained a lot of knowledge
    from the different topics that I can be
    used especially in this new normal
    wherein limited face-to-face is being
    implemented. ICT is really booming, so
    it is a must, as a teacher, that I can cope
    with the change.

    When I had my Classroom
    Observation/Demonstration
    Teaching/Peer Teaching, Sir Dominador
    P. Caceres, our school head, emphasized
    the importance of integrating values. I
    realized that he is correct. What is
    knowledge if there is no values. So, it is
    really important that we integrate Values
    formation in every lesson. He also
    emphasize to integrate gender and socio-
    economic equality in every lesson.

    The LDM course helped me


    become ready for the implementation

    me understand how much growth and

    This seminar helped me revisit my

    Learning Mathematics should not be

    Home visitation is one way to provide accurate, timely and
    constructive feedback to the learners. Since I have checked
    their returned SLMs and activity sheets, I have made a home
    visit, to verify, and correct, or comment their jobs/output.
