 Both elementary and junior high school teachers had almost the
same level of job satisfaction. More teachers in the Philippines are
clamoring and fighting their rights for a satisfying job and wanting
to achieve a decent way of living, this research study concluded that
there were still teachers who were still satisfied despite of the hard
works and sacrifices they made for the benefits of Filipino learners.
 It is therefore recommended that other higher-ranking officials
CONCLUSION should see to it that teachers are given importance in terms of their
AND job security. School heads should encourage their teachers to

RECOMMEND continue their professional development like taking Master’s or

Doctor’s degree for them to grow professionally and for their
ATION promotion in the future. The DepEd should also give different
scholarship for those teachers who want to enroll in various
Graduate Studies Program. If teachers are given enough resources
and motivation, they will be more inspired and satisfied to do their
job.
