     Acumatica is an ERP Cloud System


     It is an American product that was established in 2008
     The software is built on ASP.net, Microsoft framework.
     Its an upcoming powerful ERP system specially meant for medium to large
    enterprises.

     The Acumatica’s Southern Regional offices are located in South Africa and locally
    in Zimbabwe Chips Enterprise Solutions is the only approved partner.
     Below is a list of companies that have implemented and are using Acumatica in
    Zimbabwe.

    Support and Training
     Acumatica offers online support and training
     Chips Enterprise Solutions will offer end user training to EMA
     Once we go Live our ICT department will provide the 1st line support to End –
    Users.
     Chips will provide the 2nd line of support and then Acumatica will provide the
    3rd line of support, hence the risk of running into unresolved issues is limited.
    Progress so far:
     We have done project scoping with all the Agency’s departments i.e.
    • Finance and Administration
    • EP
    • EMS
    • HR
    • Audit and Risk
    • Procurement and
    • Legal
     The outcome of this process was a Solutions Design Document / Requirements
    blueprint document, This document was signed by both parties.
