Hours
Prior to enter the well site with the Hoist ensure the gas testing is done as per
Procedure. Be awere of the posibility of H2S gas. Chek cellar for leaks and
hydrocarbons.
Ensure wellhead is isolated. Check and report any remaining pressures on TBG
and CSG annulus. Bleed off all pressures ( gas only ).
Kill the well ( TBG and CSG volumes) by direct circulation with DHW trough
SSD. Observe and ensure that well is dead.

Install BPV; R/U Hoist and ensure that it is completely centered over the well.

N/D X-Mass Tree; N/U BOP Stack ( Double Ram & Annular ); Remove BPV;
Install TWCV; P/T BOP Stack to 21000/10500 kPa against TWCV; Remove
TWCV.
POOH the existing well completion
( GL completion on the 4 1/2” API EU TBG )
NOTE:
Visually inspect the tubing and all downhole assemblies for corrosion; Do Report
of the pulled equipment condition and send it to OTW/42 & copy to OYP/51
RIH 3 1/2” API IF DP w/ 7” Scraper to 1340 mtdf (10 m above TOL of the 4
1/2” Liner @ 1349.7 mtbf ). POOH 3 1/2” API IF DP w/ 7” Scraper.

RIH 3 1/2” API IF DP w/ 7” RTTS Packer; Set Packer @ 1330 mtdf

P/T the A-annulus to the 8000 kPa for 30 minutes;
NOTE:
Send all of the P/T chart to OYO/32

In case the A-annulus fails the P/T, at that depth proceed to locate the leak;
Retrieve 7” RTTS Packer; POOH 3 1/2” API IF DP w/ RTTS and Set Packer @
1040 mtdf. ( Just bellow the found defect and holes @ 1042 m during previous
job testing ) P/T the A-annulus to the 8000 kPa for 30 minutes;

In case the A-annulus fails the P/T, proceed to locate the leak; Retrieve 7” RTTS
Packer; POOH 3 1/2” API IF DP w/ RTTS and Set Packer @ 500 mtdf
P/T the A-annulus to the 8000 kPa for 30 minutes;
NOTE:
To locate the A-annulus leak, some additional steps of retrieving and setting RTTS
Packer may be required.
In case the A-annulus pass the P/T; Retrieve 7” RTTS Packer;
POOH 3 1/2” API IF DP w/ RTTS and L/D DP on the Pipe Rack.

P/T the B-annulus as per ATP procedure – check A and C annulus

In case the B-annulus P/T failed, Corrosion Logging may be required after
consultation with the OYP/51;

In case of the corrosion logging 7” CSG: R/U SLB Unit and run Corrosion log;
R/D SLB Unit

P/U and RIH 2 7/8” PAC Pipe w/ 3,8” OD Tapered Mill to HUD @ 1873.6 mtbf
( to ensure that the 4 1/2” Liner is free of resistance ).
NOTE:
Potential problem can be encountered upon passing the existing perforation
intervals. It is imperative that this section is cleaned out properly as the CTU
will have to run an anchor packer to HUD to allow for setting of the whipstock.

POOH 2 7/8” PAC Pipe w/ 3.8” Tapered mill; Gauge Tapered Mill upon retrieval.
If Tapered Mill is found under gauge, re-run the clean out assy. with a full 3.8”
OD Tapered Mill; Contact TWY/11 in case of problem;
P/U and RIH 2 7/8” PAC Pipe w/ 5,25” OD Polish Mill to clean out PBR Setting
sleeve and confirm it is fit for purpose; Flush CSG volume w/ DHW.
POOH 2 7/8” PAC Pipe w/ 5,25” OD Polish Mill.
