Introduction of organization behaviour
Organizational behavior is a study which involves examining and analyzing the human
behavior in an organization.
An organization may be divided into top-level(owners), middle-level (management) and

Personality can be defined as a dynamic and organized set of. characteristics possessed by
a person that uniquely influences his or her cognitions, motivations and behaviors in
various situations. The word "personality" originates from the Latin persona, which
means mask.
Individual Personality
I received the report that ESFPI had a better grasp of my personality after taking the personality test. My
personality could be described as entertaining, and cooperation would benefit greatly from an entertaining
personality. I also consider myself to be an extrovert, which makes it easier for me to immediately create strong
bonds with others and feel at ease making friends with lots of people. In addition, I am very approachable, open,
and frequently charismatic, and I have no trouble connecting with others. Because being aware is so helpful, I
may also describe myself as an observer. Through one or more senses, our observational skills provide us with
knowledge about things, occasions, attitudes, and phenomena.
Being able to see and learn about the outside world is crucial because it forms the basis of effective
communication. You can make better decisions by "listening" with more than just your ears by honing your
observational skills. It makes you feel calmer since you are no longer focused on yourself and are instead
empathetically engaged in the world of another person. Because I want to try new things, I can tell that I am an
adventurer. Explore will obtain valuable leadership abilities, respect for police officers, new personal capabilities,
and better shooting skills. After evaluating my personality, I saw that, as a team leader, I had helped my team and
contributed positively.
