Cluster Strategy – We chose this strategy to be implemented on our tourism destination simply

because we want to give the tourist a unique experience and at the same time, we want them to feel that

the amount of money they spent on us is totally worth it. We are in the middle of pandemic and we all

know that it’s hard to earn money given the situation that’s why we are striving to give our best through

providing a high standard of services suitable for individuals seeking relaxing, comfortable and

memorable experiences in the tourism and hospitality industry and produce expeditions and memories

that would satisfy each single of the tourist.

 Differentiation Strategy – We chose differentiation type of tourism development
strategy because we want to highlight the hidden treasures and undeniably beauty of
Valte rd DRT in order to attract potential visitors while observing the carrying capacity
limit of VALTE RD SRT. We would like to take this opportunity to protect and conserve
whatever is left of the stunning views which attracted tourists in the first place, and
restore the eco-balance of its natural environment that had been degraded since the start
of the rapid unsustainable development.
