Error 41 PTM signal problem,if F164=9(two PTM inputs) but system detect 1
PTM,will apear 41 error code.
Error 42 Up slow down and Down slow down act together.
Error 54 Landing door and car door lock inputs not at same time
and over 3S. 1st software 04D(if door close limit active don’t
detect 54 error code)
Error 56 Fire1 relay contact adhesion detection fault

Error 68 The length of leveling switch and leveling plate is not correct.
1.(length of leveling plate+two leveling switch distance)/2 less than
100mm or more than 900mm
2.(length of leveling plate – two leveling switch distance)/2 less
than 10mm or more than 100mm
Error 69 The number of leveling plate is not the same as total floor
number(F11).

Error 71: IPM fault (check brake if open fully,check motor phase sequence)
Error 72: ADC failure , Current sensor damaged
Error 73: Power Module Radiator overheating (check inverter inside fan)
Error 74: Brake unit , Brake resistor failure(Brakeing IPM problem)
Error 75: Fuse-off failure

Error 78: DC Bus over-voltage(Udc>770VDC)
Error 79: DC Bus under voltage(Udc<280VDC)
Error 80: Open phase for output(check inverter output wires to motor)

STOP Udc=input AC 380*1.414=537VDC


If Udc>660VDC brake unit open,brake resistance working.

Error 101: High-speed over-current (check brake and encoder signal)
Error 102: Earthing protection(check if R,S,T,U,V,W,+2,-,B, terminal
connect to the earth?)

bridged?)
Error 109: Current instantaneous value is too large(brake and encoder signal)
Error 112: IGBT short-circuit protection (hardware problem)
Error 113: Communication failure for AIO(MainPCB problem)
Error 114: Charging relay failure (F245=0,increase F253 from 65 to
149)
