recall phase.

• The materials required for the test are:

• 16 Stimulus Cards
• Plain Paper
• 2b Pencils
• Eraser
• Stopwatch
• 3 forms of BGT-II : Observation Form, Motor Test Form,
Perception Test Form
Copy Phase
The table should be according to child’s
height.
The child and test administrator should be
facing each other.
The paper presentation should be vertical &
can give as many papers as the client
requires.
• Client is not allowed to rotate cards by any

• The examiner will be timing the total time
for each card (time of presenting the card
and time when client completes it will be
noted for each card).
Examiner will also be filling the Observation
Form during this phase.
• The Observation Form includes:
Orientation of paper.
Physical Observation.
Test taker Observation (behavioural & psychological)

Recall (time & order)
Summary.
Recall Phase
1. Administered immediately following the copy phase.
Give them a new sheet of paper and say the instructions.
2. What happens?
3. The examinee draws the BGT designs from their memory.
4. The entire activity is timed and discontinued if examinee
is blank for last 2 minutes. If the examinee is drawing the
designs continuously and without going blank for straight
two minutes, then they’re allowed to take as much time
as they want.
“Now I want you to draw as many of the designs that
I just showed you as you can remember. Draw them
on this new sheet of paper. Try to make the drawings
just like the ones on the cards that you saw earlier.
There are no time limits, so take as much time as you
need.

Do you have any questions?. Begin”.

• Use Recall Time box to indicate the total amount of time in
minutes.
• Label the client’s sheet as “recall sheet”.
• Use “Order of Recall” boxes in Recall Section of the Observation
Form to numerically label designs in order examinee had
remembered them.
Supplement Tests
