Primary Responsibilities
❖ Providing Strategic Guidance

providing insights and expertise to assist clients in
defining their strategic objectives and long-term goals.
This involves understanding industry trends,
competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to
develop comprehensive strategies.
❖ In-depth Analysis
conducting rigorous analysis of organizational
processes, structures, and performance metrics using
various methodologies like, data analytics, market
research, to identify strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities, and threats.
❖ Actionable Recommendations
Based on the analysis, formulating actionable
recommendations tailored to address specific
challenges or capitalize on opportunities.
Skills Required
❖ Analytical Thinking
Candidate must possess strong research & analytical
abilities to dissect complex problems, interpret data,
and derive meaningful insights. This involves critical
thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to synthesize
information from various sources.
❖ Industry Knowledge
An understanding of industry trends, market
dynamics, and business fundamentals is vital for
effective consulting. Candidate must continuously
update his/her knowledge base, stay abreast of
emerging trends, and leverage industry insights to
inform strategic recommendations.
❖ Adaptability
Consultants operate in dynamic environments with
evolving challenges and client needs. Candidate must
be adaptable and flexible, able to quickly adjust to
changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and pivot
strategies as needed to drive results.
Skills Required
❖ Writing skills
Candidate will have to present the results of their
work in report or document form or as manuals.
Creating these hard copies requires excellent writing
skills so that clients can easily understand and
comprehend what they have presented. Candidate
must be Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel and MS
PowerPoint.
❖ Time Management
To work on multiple things simultaneously as
a consultant, candidate need to be proactive
consistently and manage their time efficiently
to deliver under stringent and short deadlines.
Remuneration for this role
Annual CTC
Component Amount in INR (per year)
Basic Salary 3,00,000
Location Allowance
4,10,000
(Mumbai/Bangalore)
Variables 3,25,000
Performance Bonus 2,00,000
Retention Bonus 2,00,000

Total CTC INR. 14,35,000/Year
❖ Working Days : Monday to Saturday (6 days)

❖ Working hours : 9am to 7pm (may extend depending
upon the workload)
❖ Work Location : Remote or Office (Will be decide by
management)
Selection Process
❖ Initial Screening through case study round:

Interested candidates will be presented with single
or multiple hypothetical business problems or
scenarios and asked to analyse it, develop
recommendations, and present their findings in the
form of a professional reports.
❖ Resume assessment : The company's HR team
will review the applications submitted by
interested candidates and conducting preliminary
assessments of candidates' skills and experiences
to identify candidates who meet the basic
qualifications and requirements for the role.
❖ Behavioural Interview : A behavioural interview
will be conducted for Shortlisted candidate that
will focus on assessing candidates' interpersonal
skills, leadership abilities, problem-solving
approaches, and fit for the company culture.
Candidates may be asked to provide examples of
past experiences or situations where they
demonstrated relevant skills and competencies.
❖ Offer stage : Finally, successful candidates will
receive an offer letter employment.
