ABSTRACT
 The recommendation system has made getting the things effortlessly that we
need.

 We aim to minimize the human effort by suggesting movies based on the user’s
interests and preferences.

 To handle such problems, we introduced a model based on content-based approach

sentiment analysis.

 This system recommends movies by matching examples provided by the user to movie
contents.

 Which system derives from the movie director, cast, genre gathered from movie files, without
using any human generated metadata also shows if the reviews are good or bad.
INTRODUCTION
 In Today’s era, Recommendation systems are the most important intelligent systems that
play an important role in giving personalized information to the users.

 Personalization of services helps enhance the business reach, increases viewership and in
turn increases sales.

 It is used across many renowned platforms like Amazon, Netflix, Prime Video ,Hotstar,
Aha, Instagram etc.
EXISTING SYSTEM
 Sentiment analysis is a sub-domain of opinion mining where the analysis is focused on theextraction
of emotions and opinions of the people towards a particular topic from a structured,semi-structured or
unstructured textual data.

 These are mostly seen in e-commerce applications, social media and knowledge
Management systems like entertainment, online-shopping and tourism.

 In existing system previously, we used two algorithms:

 SVM(Support Vector Machine)\
 Random forest algorithms
 In existing system movie recommendation is not possible and only user can give the reviewsand
ratings.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
 Movie Recommendation Systems helps us in finding preferred movies and time efficient.

 Now-a-days, with increase in amount of online data , RS are very beneficial for
takingdecisions in several activities of day-to-day life.

 RS are mainly classified into two categories: Content-based filtering (CBF) and
Collaborativefiltering(CF).

 The designing and working of the movie recommender system is designed based on the
sentiment of the user and their feedback on the particular movie.

 Our system will suggest the best movie to the user based on their previously watched
movie and the rating of the user. The sentiment of the user is recorded in the form of good or
bad.

FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
 Incorporate sentiment analysis into collaborative filtering algorithms to recommend
movies that not only match a user's viewing history but also align with their
sentiment preferences.
 Implement real-time sentiment analysis on social media platforms and other sources
to capture the latest trends and sentiments around movies.
CONCLUSION
 We provide a recommendation program based on emotional analysis and TMDB
data set out in this study.
 Emotional analysis has the advantage of extracting information about how the
audience reacts to a particular film, which can be used to make future suggestions.
 we would like to improve the suggestion process by extracting relevant data from
the user's response, preferences, and so on.
