values to students. Effective teaching
requires combination of
planning,instruction, assessment, and
feedback. Teachers must be able to
communicate complex ideas in aclear and
concise manner, adapt to the needs of
diverse learners, and create a supportive
and inclusive learning environment.

their overlooked lives.

METHODOLOGY

Research Design
This research will employ a qualititave
approach, specifically a
phenomenological study design. A
phenomenological study design is
suitable for exploration and
understanding of challengesor context
within its real life context. It allows an
examination of a single case or small
number of cases providing rich and
detailed information sight.
LOCALE OF THE STUDY

This research will be


conducted at Juan S. Tismo
National Highschool, a public
educational institution located
in the Philippines, specifically
in a Babatngon, Leyte.
RESEARCH RESPONDENT

The respondent of this study were in


public teachers at Juan S. tismo
National High School, to understand
the lives of public teachers. A
Snowball sampling method was used
to select the participant, ensuring
that all respondent.
RESEARCH INSTRUMENT

This study will use an interview,


conducting one-on-one
interviews with participant to
explore and understand of their
experiences, perspective, and
opinions.
