    Paralympic Games is an international multi-sport event for people with physical disability, which happens every four years. There are Winter and Summer Paralympic Games, which are held after The Olympic Games. Para Games are held after Sea Games in Southeast Asia. Threre are different kinds of sports in this event such as football,

    athletics, volleyball, swimming,

    The purpose of Paralympics is to enhance solidarity, acceptance and


    aprreciation for disabled as well as contribute to the development of the society with respect and equal opportunities for all individuals.

    in life. Despite of her disability, Ha has tried very hard to live and work like all other people with normal health condition. She is not pessimistic or sad . Instead, she is quite confident . She hopes to win more medals.

    There are times in our life we have to deal with difficulties as well as
    failure but the most important thing is that we should have strong to overcome the storms in life.
