SeattleU Sunday Skills

SEATTLEU SUNDAY SKILLS IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE KEY INSTRUCTION FOR EACH AGE GROUP DELIVERED IN A VARIETY OF WAYS INCLUDING DRILLS, COMPETITIONS AND GAMES. INSTRUCTIONAL AREAS TO BE COVERED INCLUDE SHOOTING, BALL HANDLING, PASSING AND DEFENSIVE CONCEPTS. ATHLETES WILL RECEIVE DIRECT INSTRUCTION FROM CURRENT SEATTLEU COACHES, COLIN RARDIN AND STEVE SHPREYREGIN, WITH APPEARANCES FROM CURRENT SEATTLEU PLAYERS AND STAFF.
