"You could have a route where the trains are really expensive but very punctual... similarly, if there's another station over here where trains are similarly punctual, but almost half the price," Mark adds.

Christopher D. Casamento, 42, of Pittsburgh, stole N95 respirators, surgical masks and particulate respirator masks between Feb. 28 and March 22 last year, selling them on his eBay vendor page, “steel-city-motor-toys,” at “significant price mark ups,” the grand jury’s indictment said.

The December price mark for condos increased 22% to $629,000 from $514,120.

The new price mark was also the second highest ever behind the record of $880,000 set in September.

It said higher levels of stock would mean greater price mark downs in the next three months.
