I will not except immigrant delivery drivers to my door and the IBD Support clinic in lincoln has taken away my meds that i need to keep me out of hospital ..... stating policy of racism !!! BUT ! policy's are not law and i will be taking the clinic to court !!! #CarolineHayhurst

Awful Hospital my friend went to have surgery. She showed her insurance medical card on 4 visits each time she was told NO need to show it we have you listed with that insurer. On day of surgery she showed her card. Dont worry they told her it is all agreed with the INSURANCE COMPANY just sign here. She signed had the surgery. Turned out the hospital had made no arrangement with the Insurer and charged her for the full treatment instead of charging her insurer. Hospital now saying keeping her money as it is double what the insurer will pay. This hospital showing Absolute worst level of customer care. No manager has ever responded to her plea for help. Hospital has No concern for my friends mental health which has taken a very bad turn over this. I will hold the hospital accountable for anything bad that happens.

Unfortunately, my recent visit was the final straw. It was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Firstly, the wait time was outrageous. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early, only to be left waiting for over an hour. When I finally saw Dr. Story, she seemed completely disinterested in my concerns. She barely looked at me, and when I tried to explain my symptoms, she interrupted me constantly. She dismissed my concerns as "nothing serious" and refused to order any tests. I left feeling unheard, frustrated, and worried about my health. It was clear she wasn't listening to me, and I felt like I was just another number in her busy schedule. To add insult to injury, her bedside manner was atrocious. She was rude, dismissive, and frankly, unprofessional. I've never felt so belittled by a medical professional. I'm switching doctors immediately. I strongly advise anyone considering Dr. Story to reconsider. You deserve a doctor who listens, cares, and takes your health seriously.

The info given in the class was very clear and with understandable explanations. The class was taught with an energy to keep you engaged. I was actually dreading this class because it was 4 hours and I was told I needed it at the last minute by my travel company. But it wasn't bad at all! It was really informative and interesting. The 4 hours went by rather fast also. I'm thinking of having my adult sons take it even though they aren't currently in healthcare.

5460 Wesleyan Dr Virginia Beach, VA 23455 United States The worst practice manager that has ever come in to run this building. Staff complaining about her and my patients. She lies to the head department of Sentara to make it like she is doing her job while along everyone hates her. Making up lies and the department believes her. She will sabotage the building and blame it on us. Half of the staff is looking for new jobs. They better get rid of her before one day we open up and everyone has quit and don’t show up. Everyone scared to speak up because they rather find a new job and quit than no job and being fired. This practice manager has got to go. Patients starting to leave.

Not as thorough as a BUPA review. A piece of equipment to check the spine was not working and was called ahead of time to be told so I rescheduled to a later date to have this test done. On the revised day was told during the assessment that the equipment was still not working and that 'someone had called and emailed' me to let me know. This was factually incorrect. No one called me or emailed me. If they had done, I would have delayed the appointment again. The doctor I saw was good but overall, this organisation does not seem as good as BUPA. BUPA got me on a stationary bike. HCA did not. I got an email after asking me for feedback. They asked if the dietician had provided a good service. There was no dietician. Was there supposed to be? Is this another part of the service that was not provided?

Shocking! I would leave 0 stars if that were an option as this lot don't even deserve 1 star but that is life, so called Mental health experts with their fancy Medical degrees, happy to pick up their big pay cheques, whilst they use delaying strategies, whilst Medical gaslighting/minimising patients health issues at the same time. Also my advice to any patients under Forth Valley NHS's care - go to the App Store on your phone download an app called the BNF/NICE this app is free & is what the NHS use for prescribing medications it is the bible for prescribing or in my case didn't use when checking for prescribing instructions & dangerous adverse drug interactions - it literally is prescribing instructions for DUMMIES! When the app has a red warning stating Severe Study this is obviously not good especially when the offending medication comes with a black box warning for serious adverse drug reactions during the titration period & the interacting medication doubles the exposure/half-life of the offending medication! Then if you lodge a complaint the NHS will then deploy such strategies as gaslighting/minimising a patients symptoms, lying, breaching protocol of not recording firstly to the NHS internal reporting system & then to the Yellow Card Scheme there after! BTW myself & my wife have reported this ourselves on 2 occasions to the Yellow Card Scheme! Also the NHS will use delaying strategies to enact the Limitation Act of 1980 which then leaves the patient time barred as there is a 3 year time bar to put in a claim for Medical negligence! My advice avoid Woodlands Resource Centre & FVRH Mental Health Dept like the plague - do yourself a favour, do your own research & go private as these lot are overpaid, under-skilled, uninterested & lacking in empathy what so ever, quite frankly they haven't got a clue what there doing! My wife & l have learned the hard way as I am a Military veteran with complex needs, my life was hard enough before but thanks to this lot my life now is over! Oh & BTW FVRH Mental Health Dept & Woodlands Resource Centre this is neither opinions, assumptions but actual FACTS that are all backed up in numerous forms data & on looking at my SAR you speak about people with complex needs with total & utter contempt & a totally lack of empathy, the NHS are clueless, reading fancy medical books & passing a degree does not make you an expert, I know my brain & body better than anyone - remember it's me that's lived through this lifetime of repeated Traumas not you! Also an Honoury PHD does not make you a PHD 😂! I would imagine you all come from privileged backgrounds, here’s a suggestion - have your staff watch the movie Good Will Hunting I believe you could learn a lot from that movie as DR Maguire comes from similar hardships/social deprivation, traumas that Will come from etc & he listens to Will! Also to understand someone who has gone from being passively suicidal throughout his life to this event in May 2020 when I suffered an adverse drug reaction, due to being overdosed by a Senior Psychiatrist with +20 years medical experience, after admitting to overdosing me he then sent me out a letter saying he was passing my case over to a Trainee Psychiatrist for 6 months but stated that he would be still overseeing my case & resuming responsibility within 6 months whilst making a joke in the letter stating “But I don’t know how you would feel about that?” Funnily enough he never did resume responsibility, this was not only unethical but bordering on criminality! Ever since this overdose which caused me to end up with SJS without the rash, I ended up needing major GI surgery as a result & now ever since been left in an active suicidal state due to having 0 quality of life, I feel like a total burden to my wife & know she would be better off me being dead! I have been left with a daily sense of hopelessness's - looking into the abyss, dark void! This has left us getting into +£40,000 of private medical debt & I was misdiagnosed for 11 years! My wife is now on SSRI’s + multiple talking therapies! NHS staff watch The Bridge Documentary filmed in 2005 that shows 24 individuals commit suicide over the space of 1 year from jumping from The Golden Gate Bridge - this documentary is not only totally shocking, harrowing & horrifying but it gives the individual who watches a better understanding of active suicidal ideation - my wife & I watched this together & it wasn't an easy thing to watch I can can assure you of that! NHS will never understand people like me because you all haven't experienced it yourselves - to help someone who is suffering how can you help them unless you actually listen to there needs instead of Medically gaslighting them! There's big difference in passive to active suicidal ideation! Did you get your Medical Degrees from a lucky bag? Gracias!

Endoscopy unit were excellent. Care was first class. Doctors, Nurses, reception everyone was kind. I was stiff, scared and rigid. They put me at my ease but I know I was hard work. Ambulance crew and A&E were also lovely with my wife a while before with a separate issue.
