Very easy process and choice of a few great realtors. Julia did a great job as listing agent and helped us smooth the process. The lower commissions honestly did not result in a lower level of service.

My agent Lisa Colon worked hard and with creativity to sell my Condo in a very down marketplace. She actually negotiated a higher price than I thought I would get. I had to fire my previous realtor for lack of performance as he just listed the property and did very little to promote it. Lisa was a pleasant change.

Teal was attentive, knowledgeable and right there every step of the way. The staff at ExP with Teal were equally as professional and able to complete all tasks we were involved in.
