I had a case of trunkal urticaria or hives . As I am a health care provider and busy, I need to sometimes rely on telemedicine for its convenience and prompt response and prescriptions. This company is great. I realize that not every patient knows what they have and can effectively communicate that but I’m sure that the support team can figure patients out quickly and accurately.

Bad customer service and the doctors are not very knowledgeable. They tried to prescribe me a prescription that was $1600 dollars I mean come on who in there right mind would pay that? Then I played hell trying to get them to change the prescription and got nothing but attitude and push back and they also are promoting better reviews on trustpilot on their website than what they actually have so that's a problem as well. Just not a professional business. I would not recommend them at all.

I ran across them while doing a Google search to get my bp medicine. I went thru the original ones I've always gone to first but the cost of it to tell you that bp 140/92 is only slightly elevated and give me meds I didn't ask for or need and ignore my request for cancelation. Anys I come across telemdfirst. Pay the way cheaper fee, then canceled. Right away my money was back. A little later I decided I'm going to try them.
I'm glad I did because being more reasonably priced, you can actually call them and they will help. They will also call and get things clarified with you if need be, not just deny or give you whatever. They were busy but still quicker than the alternatives and kept you informed. Very pleasant experience and staff. I will continue to use them and hopefully others will also!

the website promised for an hour turn around time and ending several fr up calls they tell its processing already and when i called they are saying due to higher colume calls so they are delayed. Its almost midnight what people are calling for prescription at this time…funny thing I was asking for insomnia Rc and the vustomer service is telling to go to sleep…what an indiot who tells me to go to sleep and I have insomnia and i needed the pill so i can sleep….this guys are just scamming people….and they also sent me a gect asking for a copy of labs dome…for Insomnia? and they are telling they are mot scamming people…why shouldnt be not pissed?
and now they ate asking for a lab for Insomnia? what the ???? you dont need labs for insomnia…they dod not even apologize for the mistake and the customer reps are a bit arrogant and they dont listen….to top things ip they send it to the wrong pharmacy…oh my goodness…they should get the act together….

They did exactly what they stated they would do in the time frame they gave me and they were thorough with their questions and made me feel at ease and that I was being listened to. Finally they promptly called in my rx's so I could start the getting better process sooner than later. I called their number when I had a couple of questions and they answered right away and were able to pull my chart up right away. Thank you.

They lied to me for 2 days about the doctor reviewing the medications after completing 20 pages of information, taking pictures of the medicine bottles and providing the pharmacy information. All they had to do was call the pharmacy but they kept saying the doctor is reviewing it. THIS IS A SCAM ...They never called me back, I had to call them back each time. Then they are quiet on the phone and won't answer any questions. They say I am sending it as a priority but that is not true either. This is a scam .do not trust these people with your money or information. SCAM SERVICE

Do not use this service. Needed prescription (life threatening) high BP situation. Gave them the money for visit, medication names and dosages of two pills that I have been taking for years. Gave them the address and ph number of the Rx I’ve used for years. Had to call and get on call back list 3 times. Received texts asking questions that were already answered. Finally called and talked to a human today. Was reassured prompted call back with actions needed. Going on two days of waiting for life sustaining medication. Total scam, unprofessional service, not organized and no urgency. DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY. This service has created more stress and nonsensical responses. I would rather ask a 3 year old for medical advice than this “amateur at best” scam service. Please save yourself a waste of money and valuable time. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. And now I will spend more of my valuable time trying to get my money back. Trash service.

I asked for a specific medication for a condition. Someone called and I was having difficulty understanding her. I thought that she said that my prescription had been sent to my pharmacy. When I picked it up it was not only the wrong medication, but it was for a very strong NSAID. When I gave them my information for the DR to review, I said that I could that NSAIDS due to Gerd. I do not believe that Drs read anything and they leave it up to someone with little or no medical knowledge. I contacted them multiple and received no response. They advertise that if they can not order your prescription, you will get a refund. I did use their service once before and since I had a very simple issue, I did get the right prescription.

The team at TeleMD, are absolutely amazing. They were very thorough at making sure my medicine was correct and they responded quickly to all my questions. Without my medicine I would have been in a not so good way, that or would have been spending Christmas in the hospital. But after explaining my situation and needs, they stepped up and made sure my prescription were at my local pharmacy in under a hour if that long. Plus I was able to do at home and for just 30$. Which what that team did was priceless, I can't Thank you y'all enough..

Paid the one time cost for a strep throat prescription at 3pm didn’t hear anything until 8 pm when they said 1-2 hours to hear back. I contacted them 3 times and was placed in their call back queue, only to never get a call back. Through all of this the pharmacy I chose had closed and the woman at the desk offered to change the location for me - only for them, another several hours later to send it to the wrong(previous) pharmacy. I called again to only get rushed off the phone being told I’ll get a text message when they transfer the script…

I do not recommend these guys and highly advise to try elsewhere. Nobody here cares and nobody’s first language is English so nothing gets done.

They took your money immediately but didn’t provide the service as quickly. They said I would receive the prescription within an hour, but I ended up having to search for open pharmacies myself while they did nothing. I’m still waiting for the prescription, and now all the pharmacies are closed. No hope for compensation, of course. If possible, avoid them altogether.

Signed up for one time visit for a toothache and paid. After being assured I could get a prescription of "any" medication I was given a list to choose from without even speaking to a doctor. The list was 5 medications that all included over the counter medications like Tylenol 500mg, ibuprofen 400mg, and one was ivermectin??? For a toothache??? I think that is de-wormer. So, I explained in a text back that my insurance will not cover medications that can be purchased OTC. Besides I am paying for a health professional (not a wal-mart shopper). They ghosted me and locked me out of my account. I would stay away.

This is a legit online platform. No hassle only pay $29 a month and get 3 appointments a month can't beat this price. Dr called me and then sent my meds over to Walmart for refill no issues. Fixing to make next months appt. For refills. Thanks telmdfirst. Definitely going to continue to use and definitely recommend
