I absolutely love the oodie hoodies! I own two — a classic black one and a green tie-dyed one. They’re fantastic for keeping me warm, especially since I tend to feel cold often. The quality is excellent, and they wash and wear very well without losing their comfort.

One small issue is that the Sherpa lining around the neck area gets chewed up by my beard over time. I think a different liner option for men could make these hoodies even better.

Overall, the product is fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking for a cozy and durable hoodie!

Extremely fast delivery over New Year Period. I love to oodie nightie bought one to try and now bought another two. Light weight fabric, able to move around as I get restless sleep not get caught in my sleepwear anymore! I am not an oodie person as it is too heavy for my shoulder but the Ooodie nightie is a good weight and love pocket, find myself walking around the house in the morning happily!

Ordered an Oodie for my daughter in late November as a Christmas gift and still not arrived (as at 10th January).
Despite repeated emails to follow up since mid December - no response from Oodie. Automated responses say we will respond in 10 days but nothing.
One very upset daughter still who is still waiting for her Oodie.
Very disappointing Oodie.

Bought two Oodie's as Christmas gifts and my friends absolutely love them! Gorgeous, supersoft, warm, cosy, perfect, best gift ever, never taking it off, this was just a bit of the feedback I got from them on Christmas day so I'm guessing they were a bit of a hit! Even better, they were 50% off in the sale which was a real bargain. Even though I ordered them pretty late they were still despatched well in time for Christmas and full tracking was provided so I knew exactly when they'd be delivered. They also provide a nice touch of letting you include a gift message which they email to the recipient after delivery. Not quite as personal or convenient as including it in the parcel but saves on paper and printing which is helpful. Definitely recommend.

I ordered a blanket to come as a Christmas present on 2nd of December- with the expectation as per the website that it could take up to 10 days to ship. However I heard nothing until December 31 when it was finally packed and shipped. Even though I emailed inquiries several times. The package finally arrived over a month later - Christmas had been missed by a long shot. I won’t be purchasing anything from oodie again as they do not keep you in the loop about longer than expected packing times.

My daughter now has two identical bathrobes because she loves them so much, and needed to be able to wear one while the other was in the wash. Only upgrade would be a 3rd belt loop at center back (i have added my own after the fact).

My family owns 6 normal oodies in various designs, 2 Essendon outdoor ones and recently purchased a cooling blanket. We love them.
The cooling blanket is so soft, I love touching it. Perfect for the warm nights when you don't use a top sheet.

I have purchased two Oodies over 18 months for my granddaughter 11 years old.
I was amazed at the quality of the garment and the quick service on delivery.
I have just purchased another for her as guess what !!! Grandma can I have another Oodie in May for my 12 th birthday.

Hello,
I placed 2 orders for which I returned one item at the cost of £37.50. On the 5/12/24 I was sent a refund notification however have yet to receive this.
The second order, I also returned one item at the cost of £37.50. I have not received any correspondence regarding Thor order either, despite contacting your team on 11/12/24 and being told I would hear back within 10 days!

I’ve had a few products from oodie but one pair of trousers came damaged in November no big deal just needed them replacing. It’s been 46 days since the order and they take 10+ days to respond to emails which is a joke considering how expensive the product is. It’s still ongoing.

I've bought 40 of them since they "opened" and 10/10 would reccomend. One time my order was delayed. I emailed support just asking for an update, not even upset. They refunded me 20 percent of my order and did overnight shipping. Their customer service is crazy.

Oodie company never fail every product I purchase outweighs any preconceived idea I might have. Their customer service is second to none delivery is quicker than blinking and the one time I made a mistake with payment I was refunded with out any problem..I believe I have purchased most of their stock throughout this amazing long time sale..I 💯 believe all oodie goodies are not just a purchase but without doubt an investment...the footwear is way beyond expectations. The sliders are so good they have improved my feet, gait and spinal column within days of wearing them. And I've got pretty feet 😍 for once. I ordered my wife a coat and she loved it but then the pockets began falling apart, I was offered a refund or replacement, requested a replacement but they refunded instead.

Placed a new order and the second coat arrived again faulty. The customer service offered the standard replacement/refund but it's been 5 days since I replied and they've started ignoring me.

Ordered a love heart "oodie" when it arrived it seems nicely packaged so didn't want to open it before wrapping it for a Christmas present, it got opened Christmas morning and it was a grinch design instead, shocking service. Still waiting for a reply from their customer service.....
