I like that you get this service. I read a few of your reviews so I decided on you. The initial steps were fast and easy, ie, printing out shipping label and instructions. The payment process however is way slower than expected. They over an instant payment. But of course, extra charge.

I had an Ipod Nano 7th generation that I had never used, sold it and made a few bucks. At least it did not go into a landfill. Process was simple and they paid for postage....easy!!

Company completed the transaction and stated they had sent the money through venmo on February 28th. Here we are on March 4th in my balance is still showing a zero with no pending payment. Venmo would show pending if the payment was actually sent.
