After 4 roles and 6 years at Uber, in Costa Rica on our Community Operations team, Biancka still loves a challenge. In addition to her work as a manager for our Safety Investigations Unit, she also leads our Women at Uber Employee Resource Group (ERG) for our Centers of Excellence and Greenlight hubs in Costa Rica.
