[Hacktoberfest 2021] Contribute filters to the netCDF-Java Zarr project

Looking for Java developers and Hacktoberfest contributors!

NetCDF-Java recently completed work on beta read support for Zarr data formats. Part of the Zarr project is the implementation of compressors and filters (codecs). Currently, netCDF-Java includes implementation of Shuffle, Deflate/Zlib, 32-bit Checksums, and FixedScaleOffset, but we're still missing some!

DiskCache2 Issue in the netCDF-Java Library

The netCDF-Java ucar.nc2.util.DiskCache2 class method for generating unique file names is capable of producing identical names if called in quick succession. While the circumstances under which the problem occurs are very specific (and rare), because the possibility of data corruption exists the development team strongly recommends that anyone using netCDF-Java/CDM or TDS upgrade immediately.
