Transfer Student Scholarships

Undergraduate transfer students are eligible for the listed scholarships based on previous college work. All admitted undergraduate transfer students will have their application automatically reviewed for scholarship consideration. Transfer Scholarship amounts vary depending on the student’s cumulative grade point average at the previous institution(s).

98% of undergraduate students receive some gift aid (free money!) from Valpo to help reduce the cost of attendance.  All incoming freshman and transfer students receive consideration for merit scholarships at the time of application for admission.  We do not have a separate process or deadlines for applying for scholarships.  To maintain any merit or academic-based award from Valpo, a student must maintain full-time enrollment and Satisfactory Academic Progress.
