How find the number?

Hello,

I found out that the item Louis Nicolas (Q108934154) doesn't have an proper Compagnon de la Libération ID (P4804). A search on the website and the url to the biography of this man is https://www.ordredelaliberation.fr/fr/compagnons/louis-nicolas. That doesn't match with the expected number. How can I find this number?
