I am an administrator on Meta, in the Hebrew and English Wikipedias and in the Hebrew Wikisource. I'm a bureaucrat in translatewiki.net and one of the developers of MediaWiki, the Translate extension and other extensions and features related to language support.
My username is "Amire80". That's a purely technical and internal name, which I use for logging in, and which you see in logs and history pages. When you speak to me or about me, I prefer my real name: Amir. It's just easier and more natural to read. In general, when talking to humans, use less numbers and acronyms and more, you know, words.
For some reason, there's a Wikidata item that describes me: Q46404612.
Occasionally, I kind of try to organize the work on Lexemes in Hebrew. It's a very weird thing to do because as of April 2024, the Lexemes feature is severely underbaked and because I fail to remember the names or the purposes of all those dozens of Lexeme tools or to understand anything about SPARQL, but nobody else is doing it, so why can't I. If you can do it better than me, be bold.
