Kentucky man arrested in Ohio for attempted murder
MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Madison County man is in custody, accused of a violent stabbing incident in Ohio last month.
According to ABC affiliate WCPO, police say 31-year-old Michael Bowlin drove to Mount Adams on November 29th and allegedly stabbed a man more than 12 times. The attack, caught on camera, reportedly shows Bowlin sneaking up on the victim before launching the assault.
Authorities also say a second person was targeted during the incident but managed to escape unharmed.
Bowlin was arrested on December 14th in Logan County, Ohio, after being identified by his mother. He is currently being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $500,000 bond, facing charges of attempted murder and felonious assault.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
