巨犀又叫副巨犀，係一種已經絕種，個頭冇角嘅巨型犀牛，亦係世界上真正最大型嘅陸上哺乳動物（重大隻過大象，長毛象），佢嘅化石曾經喺中國、蒙古、印度、斯里蘭卡等多個亞洲地方被發現。古生物學家相信佢哋係喺Oligocene中期至Miocene早期出現嘅哺乳動物，維持咗2至3千萬咁耐，而當時嘅亞洲係被亞熱帶森林覆蓋。

成年嘅巨犀據估計可以生長到5米或以上咁高（到肘頭），唔連條尾長8米，頭顱骨長1.35米。重量大約10噸至20噸。2008巨犀係食草動物，佢哋會好似長頸鹿咁食樹上嘅葉。因為好大隻，相信冇天敵。
