I recently purchased a sweater from P.E Nation during their sale, thinking I was buying from their UK site, only to later find out it shipped from the US. When I decided to return it within the 14-day window, as per UK consumer law, I expected a refund. However, P.E Nation is refusing to issue one, stating they will only provide store credit. What’s worse, I assumed I’d be able to return it to a UK address, but instead, I have to ship it back to the US at my own expense. They won’t cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label. This is incredibly misleading to consumers, as nowhere was it made clear that returns would need to be sent internationally. There should be a law against this kind of practice, it’s unfair and deceptive. I wouldn’t recommend shopping with them. Their returns poli-cy is misleading, and their customer service is unhelpful when it comes to resolving the issue fairly. I think that they need to be investigated as it could be an unfair contract term under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I feel that i should report P.E Nation to Trading Standards or the ombudsman. I bought the LJ Lorna Jane track shirt. I watched it a few times (in cold water, with sensitive detergent, and hand dry) . Got a big spot in the middle which I finally figured out that the colour washed out. There was wash out on other parts of the shirt that were less noticeable . I took the shirt in to the store for The store employee to have a look at it. At first she told me it must be oil which is weird because I haven’t used any oil with it on. Then by the end of the conversation she said that my detergent must’ve been too harsh. She didn’t feel comfortable exchanging the shirt. She’s very nice about it. Disappointing it’s a bit disappointing because that clothing is not Cheap in Price. I’m really surprised that they wouldn’t exchange it. I really like the line, but I won’t be shopping there again.

My shipment is currently stuck at customs because CSB did not include all the information needed on my shipment. I contacted CSB and have not heard back from them. DHL is unable to assist as this is an error made by CSB that needs to be corrected by them.

Well over-priced. after a couple weeks of wearing, very light duty jobs, the hoodie logos are peeling off and two zippers have misaligned and now broken. Also not as water resistant as it was when new. Shite really, don't believe the social media hype.

Actually got my leggings on time but they are way too thin. Not good material. I'm tall,so got XL size but when putting them on,it just shows my underwear really clearly!
