Great online learning, easy to use.
The materials were easy to access. Tracking my progress was also clear and made the process easy to manage. Most of the info was new and relevant, but there were a couple of videos which were pretty dated.
Submitting forum responses was also a positive and easy process. The meetings with the group and mentor provided some face to face discussion, without being too long.
The format of the learning was excellent. Good mix of written, visual and online meetings.
Lots of the material was topical, current and thought provoking.
Whilst there was a lot to get through - I feel a lot more confident in taking on the role of an ARCO.

Meeting likeminded people working with students with disabilities and learning difficulties. Sharing experiences and concerns with each other and listening to sound advice and information to help us plan SMART goals and cater for all our students. Lovely leaders who communicated frequently and made us all feel welcome and heard. Lianna in particular was especially kind and helpful when I had issues opening up the program online.
