Louisa Emily Dobrée (Tours, Frantzia, 1852ko otsailaren 9a – Long Ashton, Somerset, Ingalaterra, 1915eko otsailaren 7a) frantziar-irlandar idazlea izan zen^[1], ingelesez idatzi zuena. Eleberriak, ipuinak, artikuluak, haurrentzako liburuak eta fikzioz kanpoko idazlanak sortu zituen.

Louisa Emily Dobrée Toursen jaio zen 1852an. Bere gurasoak, James Dobrée eta Bridget Armstrong, Genovan ezkondu ziren 1849an^[2]^[3]. Amaren aldetik irlandar jatorrikoa zen, eta aitaren aldetik frantziar jatorrikoa^[1].
