Providing leadership development and opportunities for Honors students is central to the mission of the Lewis Honors College. There are multiple roles available to students that are focused on key programs provided throughout the Honors student lifecycle. In addition to gaining valuable experience, students selected for leadership roles benefit from earning experiential education credit (in most cases), a stipend, and perks such as Lewis apparel and swag items.

- Lewis Launch Leader
- Help new Lewis students get settled during Launch.
- Peer Mentor
- Foster the Honors residential community (residential on-campus position).
- Lead Peer Mentor
- Lead and build a residential community (previous experience as a Peer Mentor is required).
- Lewis Liaison
- Get upper-level Honors students connected with their colleges and their careers.
- Honors College Ambassador Team (HCAT)
- Introduce and recruit new students to the Lewis Honors College.
