Workshop Information
Registration: February 1, 2025 – April 30, 2025
Late Registration: May 1, 2025 – May 31, 2025
Final Registration Deadline (Hard cutoff, No onsite registration): May 31, 2025
Attendance Cap: Attendance will be capped at 350 participants. Registration will close when the cap is met.
Deadline for abstract submission: May 31, 2025 (Participants can continue to edit their abstracts until the meeting day)
Student Funding Applications: Submission due January 30, 2025. No exceptions. OPEN (forms under workshop menu)
Funding award notifications: No Later Than February 15, 2025
Poster Information: Participants can continue to edit their abstracts until the meeting day – Poster size: 3′ wide x 4′ tall (portrait) Note that Safari may not display posters correctly. Another browser is recommended.

Please note that automated emails sent out by the website will come from webmaster@shinecon.org (not monitored) or webmaster@helioshine.org (monitored). Please set your mailbox to accept email from these addresses so that they do not go to spam.
Location
SHINE 2025 will be held in the Gaillard Center in Charleston, South Carolina.
SHINE Dashboard
The login on the right sidebar allows users to access the SHINE Dashboard. Once you have logged in, a white icon will appear at the very top of the page on the left. Click there to access the Dashboard. For your convenience, all of the relevant links to prepare for the workshop are available through the Dashboard.

Posters
Physical poster size will be 3′ wide x 4′ tall (portrait).
You may upload your poster image with your abstract on the SHINE website so that it will be archived and accessible after the conference. Watch the How To Edit Your Abstract videos in the SHINE Dashboard to add a poster image. Featured Image must be a png or jpg. Add a poster below your text using the PDF Poster block.
Only one poster is allowed per person as space is limited. No exceptions.
Guests
All guests that will participate in conference meals and the banquet must be registered and paid for. Everyone will be required to wear a name tag during meals. Hotel staff has been notified that all participants attending events where food is served must have a name tag. Guests attending the full conference will receive their name tag upon arrival. Guests attending only the banquet will receive their name tag on Thursday night.
Please pay for your guests when you register and identify their names in the registration form. If you decide to bring additional guests after you have completed registration, you may add them through the Destiny One system, accessible by using the Register link in the SHINE Dashboard.
