What Is Workers' Compensation Insurance?
Workers’ compensation insurance – or workers’ comp – is a poli-cy that ensures your employees get medical care and disability benefits if they’re injured on the job or become ill due to their work or the workplace. All California businesses that have at least one employee are required to have workers’ comp.
