I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from AliExpress. After uploading my bank statement and a screenshot of my debit card as requested for account verification, I received a second email asking for additional documents with a link to upload them. However, the provided link was completely non-functional. When I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, things went from bad to worse. The agent gave me fake email addresses to send my documents. When I pointed out that these emails were invalid and provided screenshots as proof, the agent became rude and unprofessional, accusing me of being lazy and telling me to "Google it." This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable from a company of this size. Not only was the process frustrating and poorly handled, but my private information is now in limbo, leaving me worried about how secure their systems are. It feels like AliExpress has no interest in resolving issues or treating customers with basic respect. AliExpress needs to: Fix their broken links and ensure customers can easily upload documents. Train their customer support agents to handle issues professionally and respectfully. Provide valid and clear instructions to resolve account problems. I can’t trust a platform that fails so badly at customer service and makes users jump through hoops while being treated disrespectfully. I wouldn’t recommend AliExpress to anyone until they drastically improve their support system.

They helped me purchase a timeshare on the resale market at a fraction of the price the resort charged (although with some benefits stripped as part of the resale transfer). They were very communicative throughout the process which does take some time because of how the resorts process the transfer. I would work with them again if I ever choose to buy (or sell) a timeshare.
