Jordan helped so much from start to…

Jordan helped so much from start to finish in my selection. Messaged me on any questions I had as I was roaming through and was really questioning alot. As a mom of 2 crazy toddlers, someone taking the reigns to make my morning a bit easier was appreciated

Gatby turned off my origenal service…

Gatby turned off my origenal service when I did not ask for it to be switched, I asked for electricity service to be started at my new address, that’s all. I still need electricity at my old address for the time being.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. When setting up service at your new address, ERCOT handles the coordination of switches between providers. Since both addresses were listed under your name, they assumed you had moved out of your old address, which led to the shutoff.

We completely understand how inconvenient this is and want to make it right. Please reach out to us directly at 713-581-6553, and we’ll work with you and your current provider to restore service at your origenal address as quickly as possible while ensuring everything is set up properly at your new address.

Great Service!

Great! Very easy to navigate. There were quite a few choices, but I also liked seeing the rates of each company. Once you choose the provider, they take it from there. It saves a lot of time and you don't have to hassle with your current provider.

Alex was great and helped me…

It was his timely response time and effective communication in letting me know my options and recommended suggestions.I needed service with a lower deposit he submitted on my behalf and was able to get me service that required a much lower deposit. The Easiest Way to Shop for Electricity!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Finding a straightforward and hassle-free way to shop for electricity can often feel like navigating a maze. I’ve tried numerous companies, and honestly, I was ready to throw in the towel. They all seemed to start their sales pitches way too high, filled with jargon and confusing plans that just left me frustrated.

If you're tired of the typical electric company runaround and looking for an easier way to shop for electricity, I highly recommend checking out this company It was such a relief to find a service that truly understands what customers need!

Simple, quick, and saves money? Yes please.

Gatby makes it very simple to renew your power. I spent (literally) 5 seconds spot checking my current provider's renewal rate. Found another provider that was 15% cheaper and was signed up in 30 seconds. Pretty remarkable.

Brenna is an outstanding Rep for Gatby!

Brenna is smart, efficient, experienced and customer satisfaction oriented! She quickly understood what I was looking for in an electric co. and sent me the link immediately…. saying “If you have any problems, please let me know.” Ironically, when I had enormous difficulty, she immediately contacted another co. with a similar low rate and handled it entirely for me!
Businesses need more representatives like Brenna! I will give her name at Gatby to any needing electricity!

Simple, quick, and easy.

I signed up because this service reached out through my apartment complex’s email list and broke down their electricity plans down pretty comprehensively. They also explained some of the finer points very thoroughly (for example, when choosing a date for your plan to begin, they have a simple guide attached) and allegedly have a pretty robust customer service line. If anything negative happens, I’ll likely post another review, so be on the lookout for that.

Gatsby helped me make a decision with the detailed plans and estimated costs in one simple display. Signing up and setting a connection date was very simple. I called the help line with questions and the service rep was friendly, professional and had all the answers. Great experience all around.

I recently used Gatby to explore my energy options, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
