Important deadlines: Submit your trademark initial application soon
Submit your trademark initial applications before these deadlines to avoid losing your work:
- On January 1, we updated the ID Manual. You can no longer use the saved OBJ files and in-progress electronic signature requests before December 31.
- For applications started on or after January 1, submit by January 17.
