Dr. Garrett's MASC is being used around the world for snow research
Dr. Garrett's Multi-Angle Snowflake Camera (MASC) is being used by researchers at the Ecole Plytechnique Federale de Lausanne in Switzerland to study the structure of snowflakes. The MASC was developed in the Department of Atmospheric Sciences at the U and is now available for purchase and use by researchers who wish to study snowflake type, size, structure, etc.
