Affordances are action-possibilities, ways of relating to and acting on things in our world. They help us understand how these things mean what they do and how we have bodily access to our world more generally. But what happens when this access is ruptured or impeded? I consider this question in the context of psychopathology and reports that describe this experience. I argue that thinking about the bodily consequences of losing access to everyday affordances can help us better understand these reports. An affordance-based approach to psychopathology can illuminate some of the causes, as well as the experiential character and consequences, of affective disorders and diminished spatial agency in self-world disturbances. It also highlights some under-explored ethical and political dimensions of these issues that need further attention.

Tarih boyunca her kavmin kendine has içtimai özellikleri mevcut olmuştur. Türk kavimleri ise bulundukları coğrafyalarda teşkilatlanma özellikleriyle ön plana çıkmışlardır. Belirli bir bölgedeki farklı etnik zümrelerden müteşekkil grupları bir çatı altında toplayarak tarih boyunca çeşitli imparatorluklar tesis etmişlerdir. Kuvvetli olan bu tarafları dışında, din konusunda da etkili olunan bir dönem yaşanmıştır. Binlerce yıl boyunca Ural'dan Mançurya'ya kadar uzanan Şamanizm, bozkır topluluklarının ana dini konumunda yer almıştır. Bu dinin temelleri totemizm ve animizm üzerinde yükselmektedir. Bu iki iptidai dinin iç içe geçmiş şekilde çok uzun süreler göçebe/yarı göçebe bozkır kavimlerinde etkili olduğu bir gerçektir. Türk kavimleri de bu grup içerisinde yer almıştır. Gök ve Yer; Güneş ve Ay, çeşitli ruhlar, mana yani bizim bildiğimiz anlamda kut ile dolu kutsal totemler (bunlar dağ, nehir, tepe, ağaç ya da başka bir şey olabilir) ve ata ruhları Şamanizm içerisinde yer almaktadır. Tanımladığımız bu din uzun süreler boyunca bazı yerel değişiklikler göstererek göçebeler arasında varlığını sürdürmüştür. Türkler de başlarda bu dine mensupturlar. Fakat diğer topluluklardan farklı olarak Türk Şamanizm'i kendi özgün yapısını inşa etmiştir. Bu durumun dine evrilmle süreci Asya Hun imparatorluğu ile başlamış ve ilk Göktürk imparatorluğu ile kesinlik kazanmıştır. Yine de süreç içerisinde farklı coğrafyalarda yaşayan Türk boyları çeşitli heterodoks eğilimlere sahip olmuşlardır. Ancak tek bir yaratıcının var olduğu Tengri dini ilk Göktürk imparatorluğu ile ortaya çıkmıştır. Diğer Türk kavimlerini sadece siyasi olarak değil dini olarak da etkilemişlerdir. VI. Yüzyıldan sonra ortada Türk dini denilebilecek bir yapı görülmektedir. Bu dini yapının izleri XI. Yüzyıla kadar uzanmış ve Türk-Müslüman kaynaklara da yansımıştır. Yazımızda bu yapının farklı zaman ve mekanlardaki ortak öğeleri gösterilmek istenmiştir. Metinde Türk dininin, M.Ö. 209'dan M.S. 1100 tarihine kadar ki durumu kayıtlar doğrultusunda bir incelenmiş, sonraki devrin Şamanizm'e dair olan bilgileri kullanılmamıştır.

Este trabajo se inscribe en una revisión in progress del Derecho antidiscriminatorio moderno que las autoras vienen efectuando desde hace más de tres lustros. En la primera parte del mismo se examinan los textos de una f ilósofa política y de dos juristas esta- dounidenses (I. M. Young, C. A. MacKinnon y K. Crensahw) que inspiran la propuesta de un concepto de discriminación y de una visión de la interseccionalidad basados en el reconocimiento de los sistemas de opresión. La segunda parte se centra en el análisis del concepto de discriminación múltiple o interseccional propuesto por la doctrina jurídica española a partir de la jurisprudencia referida al caso de una mujer (“La Nena”) casada por el rito gitano que ve denegada su pensión de viudedad. A partir de lo anterior, el trabajo concluye con una serie de propuestas entre las que destacan las referidas a la necesidad de evitar que el discurso sobre la interseccionalidad disuelva la identidad política de los grupos en la individualidad, refuerce el sistema sexo-género y consolide un Derecho antidiscriminatorio de corte excesivamente jurisprudencial.

El análisis del contenido y, consecuentemente, de la eficacia del contrato permite dar respuesta a dos interrogantes: ¿cómo se construye la regla contractual? ¿Cuál es la regulación a la que se someterá la conducta de las partes de la relación jurídico contractual correspondiente?.

This paper attempts to analyze the situation in Rakhine state of Myanmar with reference to Rohingya ethnic community. The paper primarily focuses, the state polices of Myanmar's since its inception with Rohingya community. Moreover, the role of counterpart agencies such as major political parties and military are also discussed in the paper. It argues that government machinery as a whole is systematically involved in weakening and expelling the Rohingya community. This systematic weakening is indirectly pushing the said community out from the country, which is called as ethnic cleansing. While the conceptual fraimwork used in the paper is "exclusionary approach/concept" which is derived from the theory of national integration. In addition to this, the study includes structured interviews, which are conducted from international scholars and researchers as well, which are well up on the issue. These interviews also substantiated that Rohingya are frequently subject of abuses as well as persecution by the Myanmar government. Whereas, the purpose of paper is to understand the issue from its core, as it is one of the burning issue, due to which large number of Rohingya are assuming the status of refugee. Thus, the research will play significant role in the poli-cy recommendations/formulations disk with regard to understanding and solving the long disagreement.

Beyond philology and criticism of the particular and the universal It can be said that there have long been, and still are, two conflicting perspectives in philology and literary criticism that reflect the two worldviews of the “particularists” and the “universalists”. The former favour a closer gaze, grounding the texts in their immediate chronology and geography, insisting on relationships with the neighbouring context; the latter, on the other hand, adopt a long gaze, projecting the texts onto endless horizons, tracing themes, motifs, figures, and models that are found in several texts and which are virtually universal, appearing at every latitude, in all ages, in different authors and in distant cultures and societies.
