iPHONE: HOW TO SET UP THE APP & DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKETS

STEP 1: Download the Official A-State Athletics app on your iPhone.

Search for “Red Wolves” in the Apple App Store or Google Play.

STEP 2: The mobile app will ask you to create a login. Click create a new account.

This option is to manage app features and a different log in will be needed for your tickets.

STEP 3: Accept push notifications from the app for the latest news and updates from A-State Athletics.

STEP 4: Select sports to follow or simply click select all sports.

STEP 5: Now that you have the app setup, click the TICKETS icon near the bottom right-hand corner.

STEP 6: Click the MANAGE MY TICKETS button.

STEP 7: LOG IN with the email address and password associated with your Arkansas State Ticketmaster account.

Two alerts will pop up during this process. Click continue on both messages as this will allow you to access your tickets.

STEP 8: SELECT the game you want to download.

STEP 9: SELECT the ticket(s) you want to ADD TO APPLE WALLET.

Once desired ticket(s) are added to wallet, click VIEW IN WALLET

STEP 10: On gameday, open the Apple Wallet app, select your ticket(s) and have it ready to scan.

HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS

STEP 1: Click MANAGE MY TICKETS.

STEP 2: Click the TRANSFER button in bottom left-hand corner.

STEP 3: Choose the ticket(s) you want to transfer.

STEP 4: SELECT the seat(s) you want to transfer and choose TRANSFER TO.

STEP 5: Here you can choose to SELECT FROM CONTACTS or MANUALLY ENTER A RECIPIENT.

After you've selected a recipient, click the TRANSFER TO in the bottom right-hand corner.

STEP 6: The recipient of the transferred tickets will receive and automated text message to claim tickets.

STEP 7: Transferred tickets can be managed or canceled until recipient accepts ticket(s).

STEP 8: You'll get an alert in the app once these ticket(s) have been ACCEPTED.

HOW TO ACCEPT A TRANSFER

STEP 1: You'll receive a text that someone is attempting to transfer ticket(s) to you.

You will be asked to log in to your existing Arkansas State Athletics account or create an account.

STEP 2: The individual can accept or decline the transfer.

STEP 3: Once accepted, fans should add the tickets to their mobile wallet and have them ready to scan on gameday.

MOBILE TICKETING FAQs

We will offer assistance at our ticket service windows.
Each person entering the venue will need a ticket to get in. You will need to transfer each member their ticket from the A-State Athletics app prior to your arrival.
As a reminder, there is a no re-entry policy in place at Centennial Bank Stadium.
Yes, you will have the ability to swipe through multiple tickets on your phone for scanning. However, we recommend transferring each person their ticket in case you wish to enter the stadium at separate times.
A transferred ticket can not be transferred more than once.
You can log into your account via your desktop or phone and transfer the tickets directly from your account. The barcodes on your tickets in your Mobile Wallet will disappear and the tickets will be nullified.
Scroll through down to the bottom of your account via the A-State Athletics App and you’ll see the “Pending Transfers” area. Select the recipient’s name and select the “Cancel Transfer” button. You will then verify the cancel on the following pop-up.
No. To reduce fraud and counterfeiting, screenshots of your mobile ticket or pictures of your barcode will not be valid for entry.
No. We recommend contacting the A-State Ticket Office at (870) 972-2781 (ASU1) or tickets@astate.edu to make arrangements as you will not be able to use the mobile ticket option on game day without a smartphone.
Our venues are equipped with Wi-Fi services. However, to guarantee seamless entry, we recommend downloading your tickets prior to arriving at the venue. They can be saved directly to Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet. Once tickets are added to mobile wallet, no internet access is needed for mobile tickets.
No, but printed tickets can be printed at the venue. A barcode transferred to paper is not accepted at the gate.

Mobile tickets may be used on any type of smartphone with a digital ticket viewer (such as Apple, Android, Windows, Blackberry, etc.).
Wallet files may only be used on Apple iPhones with the Wallet app. Apple Wallet comes pre-installed as an App from Apple in operating system iOS 6. Wallet is only available on iPhone devices running iOS 6 or later. iPhone 5 comes with iOS 6 pre-installed, whereas iPhone 3GS devices or later can be upgraded to iOS 6.
Please note: iPads DO NOT support Wallet regardless of iOS versions.
Season Ticket Holders can expect an e-mail in mid-August that will notify them tickets are loaded on their accounts. Tickets purchased after mid-August will be made live immediately on the app. Please access your tickets through the A-State Athletics App. If you purchased single game or mini-plan tickets, please troubleshoot utilizing these following resources:
Make sure you have used the correct email address.
Check your junk mail folder.
Make sure that your spam guard and junk mail settings allow you to receive emails with attachments.
Be sure to add our email address, tickets@astate.edu, to your list of trusted email addresses.
Please allow at least one hour for your emails to arrive.

Through the A-State Athletics App, please select the “Tickets” button in the bottom navigation bar. Then, tap “Manage Tickets” on the following pop-up. From there you will select "Forgot Password" to reset your password to access your tickets.
