現在見ているWebページの表示をほかの人とリアルタイムで同期できるFirefox拡張機能「Mockingbird」v0.1.0-alphaが、12日に公開された。「Firefox」に対応するフリーソフトで、編集部にてWindows XP/Vistaで動作確認した。現在、本ソフトの公式サイトからダウンロードできる。なお、本ソフトはアルファ版として公開されており、既知の不具合が多数確認されている。そのため、インストールする際は既存のプロファイルをバックアップすることが推奨されている。 「Mockingbird」は、Mozilla Japanにインターンとして参加した4人の学生によって発足した“Mockingbird Project”によって開発されたFirefox拡張機能。「Firefox」で現在見ているWebページをリアルタイムでほかの人と同期し、同じWebページを表示できる。 同期は複数人
