The balance challenge is unreal, engaging every part of your body! Balancing on one leg is amazing for pelvic floor health, flattening your belly, and aging gracefully. Don’t stress about how high you lift your leg or if you need to place your foot down. The more you practice, the better you’ll get. It took time for me and my members too! Start small and build up. Here’s how to do it: Use a
