Kassidy Callori on Instagram: "MED BALL STABILITY! This is a great core stability workout that I did the other night after the sauna, cold plunge, and then an upper body workout. I forgot a sports bra, so I was working out in my bathing suit, which I don’t recommend. 😆

Here I’m using an 8-pound Medball. Complete 12 reps of each exercise and do three circuits.
