Add all the ingredients and mix nicely. Deep fry or air fry until golden and crisp. Sprinkle chaat masala and mix nicely. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or ketchup. ➡️ Steps :-
1) Heat water in a saucepan, add 1 tsp Salt and 1 cup soya chunks, Let it boil for 5 min
2) Transfer soya chunks to cold water. 
3) Squeeze excess water and transfer to a bowl 
4) Add 1 tsp each Black pepper powder, Red chilli powder, Ginger Garlic paste, mix well
5) Add 2 tbsp Cornflour and coat soya chunks well
6) Drop soya chunks in hot oil, fry until crispy and light brown in colour 
7) Remove from oil and keep aside
8) In a bowl mix 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce, 2 tbsp Soy sauce, ¼ cup Green chilli sauce,  ½  cup Tomato sauce, 1 tsp Vinegar,  ½ tsp Salt, 2 tsp Cornflour,  ¼ cup Water. Combine well
