Ragda Patties Recipe is a popular street food in mumbai. Delicious Ragda pattice is a fried aloo patties soaked in a ragda curry topped with onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves.

Ingredients
🍀 Dried Green Peas / Dry Pattani or Dried Yellow Peas / Vatana – 2 cups I used Green
🍀 Onion – 1 chopped finely
🍀 Tomatoes – 3 chopped finely
🍀 Green Chilli – 1 chopped finely
🍀 Chilli Powder – 1tsp
🍀 Coriander Powder -1 tblspn
🍀 Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp + ½ tsp
🍀 Cumin Powder / Jeera powder -1 tsp
🍀 Chat Masala powder – 2 tsp
🍀 Salt to taste
🍀 Ghee- 2 tblspn
🍀 Coriander Leaves / Cilantro – 3 tblspn

For Serving Ragda Pattice:
🍀 Aloo Tikki
🍀 Chat Tamarind Chutney
🍀 Chat Green Chutney
🍀 Onions for Garnishing
🍀 Tomatoes for Garnishing

These are so flavourful that you cant stop at one😋
Ingredients : ( Made 6 Tikkis) 
Boiled mashed Rajma - 1.5 cup
Oats Flour - 3 tbsp
Onion - 2 small
Capsicum - half
Chilli - 2 
Coriander leaves
Salt - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1.5 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1.5 tsp
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and prepare round tikkis out of  it. Cook it in a pan with very less oil after topping it with sesame seeds to make it more nutritious .
