The purse I ordered was fine but was bulkier than I had expected. Because the site had stated '30 day money back guarantee on returns, hassle free' I expected just that. Unfortunately Buddhastone don't really want to have to refund the total amount, and I was refunded just over £5 on a £19 purchase. 30% of purchase price, and advised to keep the product, which i don't want. Postage is expensive to Hong Kong, and customers have to pay their own postage, but even so I think this is not in the spirit of 'guaranteed refund'. Buyer beware!

The company sells goods that do not match the pictures on the webshop. I bought something that looked almost completely different from the pictures on their site. I wanted to return it but they could ´nt send me a real address to which I could send the package.However, they have promised to pay the money back anyway, but I should have a PayPal account which I do not have. I have sent my bank account no. which they still cannot send the money to. This is a one-man company that sells cheap junk from China or India...

Unerträglich. Als wäre man im Jahr 1995 und dieses Unternehmen versucht, mal nen Onlineshop anzubieten. Was wir jetzt mit denen geschrieben haben, um eine Retourenadresse zu bekommen und die rücken sie einfach nicht raus, oder Kundenservice ist zu unfähig. Dass ich mit sowas meine Zeit verschwenden muss. Ich bin wirklich kein Amazon Fan, aber wenn man sich so etwas geben muss, oh mein Gott. Als wäre die Zeit der Kundinnen und Kunden einfach nichts wert.

Die Lieferung von zwei bestellten Artikeln dauerte ewig. Ich wurde immer wieder vertröstet, bis die erste Lieferung eines Artikels kam. Dieser gefiel mir nicht und wollte von mir zurückgesendet werden. Mit immer wieder neuen Beschreibungen, wie teuer eine Rücksendung werden würde, wurde ich hingehalten. Der 15-prozentige Discount, der mir dann eingeräumt wurde, ist nie bezahlt worden. Auch das zweite Produkt kam erst nach mehreren Kontakt Aufnahmen meinerseits. Auch dieses Produkt gefiel mir gar nicht. Die Bitte auf Rücksendung wurde nicht beantwortet. Ich kann diesen Shop nicht empfehlen. Ein Stern ist schon zu viel.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Buddhastoneshop and was thoroughly impressed with their excellent customer service. I had ordered a shirt but unfortunately selected the wrong size.
The process of exchanging the shirt was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The staff were friendly, understanding, and very helpful in guiding me through the exchange. They made what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant experience.
Beyond the great service, Buddhastoneshop has a wonderful selection of unique and high-quality items. I'm so happy with my new shirt in the correct size, and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Bought 2 bracelets $58.06 dollars. They charged my PayPal account and somehow switched to my bank debit from PayPal, now PayPal doesn’t have a record of the transaction. I asked for refund and they said it could not be done through and emailed that showed unable to refund, so they asked for my PayPal information so they would refund. I sent my PayPal information. That should have been the end, and NO REFUND as of yet. They only sent emails when they get a negative review and the emails they send, don’t make sense. Like trying to buy time. Now they want me to start a dispute with something called stripe, that’s after I sent the PayPal information they asked for and no refund. They had my review removed and stopped responding. I appealed my review and again they responded asking me to start a dispute, after they failed to refund me on PayPal and didn’t.
Very frustrating, because if it happened to me, I wonder how many more it happens to. The purchase was on February 17th and still no refund.
