Guidelines for Appearances
1. Requests must be received at least two weeks prior to the event date.
2. Due to the time required of our student-athletes on game days, we cannot fulfill any requests on game days.
3. A private and secure changing room is required for Lou Bison.
4. Water must be provided for Lou Bison at all events.
5. The Lou Bison costume will NOT be loaned or rented.
6. Appearances at wedding receptions must be at the onset of the reception before any beverages are served. The hourly charge for mascot will begin from the arrival of the event to departure of event.

Prices (Limited to 1 hour)
-Lipscomb University Colleges, Divisions, Departments, & Student Organizations: $50 per hour
-Private and Out-Of-Town Events: $100 per hour (plus mileage from Allen Arena)

How To Request An Appearance
1. Fill out the following form: Lou Bison Appearance Request Form
2. Upon receipt of your request, you will receive an email with confirmation of your request. Completion of the request form does not guarantee that the request can be filled.
3. Confirmation of request by a Lipscomb Marketing Associate can be expected approximately 2-3 days after the initial request. 
4. Fulfillment of requests is dependent on Lou Bison's game and academic schedule.
5. Lou Bison cannot make an appearance on home game days.
