• Competed in four indoor and four outdoor meets
• Ran the mile, 3,000m, and 5,000m for indoor
• Earned a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:53.18 at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic
• Finished in second place overall in the 5000 at the ASUN Indoor Track & Field Championship with a time of 16:51.69
• Ran the 1,500m, 5,000m, and 10,000m for indoor, never finishing outside the top-35

• Earned a personal best in the 6k with a time of 19:37.7 at the NCAA Division I South Region Cross Country Championships

2023 Track and Field:

• Named to ASUN First Team All-Conference (Outdoor 5,000m)
• Competed in three indoor meets and five outdoor meets for the Bisons this season
• Ran the 3,000m and 5,000m for indoor, never finishing out of the top-10
• Opened the season with a second-place finish in the 3,000m at  the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational (9:29.93)
• Finished third in the 5,000m (16:39.07) and sixth in the 3,000m (9:38.28) at the ASUN Indoor Championship
• Ran the 1,500m, 3,000m, 5,000m, and 10,000m for outdoor
• Earned personal bests in all four events in her first three meets of outdoor season
• Finished first three times - twice in the 5,000m and once in the 3,000m
• Her first place finish in the 5,000m at the ASUN Outdoor Championship (16:45.06) saw her on to the NCAA East Preliminaries where she finished eighteenth overall in the 10,000m (34:20.00) and 21st in the 5,000m (16:18.15)

2022 Cross Country:

• Named to 2022 ASUN First Team All Conference
• Named to 2022 ASUN All-Academic Team
• Named ASUN Runner of the Week on 10/5
• Competed in five meets this season for the Bisons, never finishing out of the top-25
• Opened the season with a 7th place finish at the Trevecca Michael Pretorius Invite with a time of 17:55.7 in the 5k
• Finished 5th overall at the Gans Creek Classic, hosted by the University of Missouri, with a time of 20:34.9 in the 6k
• Crossed the line 22nd overall at the Arturo Barrios Invitational with a time of 21:06.4 in the 6k
• Claimed 3rd place overall at the ASUN Cross Country Championships with a personal best time of 16:34.2 in 5k
• Earned a personal best time of 20:14.7 in the 6k at the NCAA Division I South Region Cross Country Championships to cross the line 18th overall

2022 Track and Field:

• Competed in four indoor meets and six outdoor meets
• For indoor - competed in the mile, the 3000m, the 5000m, and the 4x800m relay
• Opened the season at the Gladstein Invitational with a second-place finish in the 4x800m relay (9:16.92) and fourth in the mile with a personal best time of 4:57.13
• Claimed first place in the 3000m at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic with a 9:34.25, the second-fastest time in women's indoor program history
• At the ASUN Indoor Championship, finished fourth in the 5000m with a 17:03.77, good for the eighth-fastest time in women's indoor program history, and 10th in the 3000m with a time of 9:50.36
• For outdoor - competed in the 1500m, the 3000m, and the 5000m
• Finished seventh in the 1500m at the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket Invitational with a 4:35.61
• Logged a personal best 16:53.60 in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays to finish 76th
• Claimed first place in the 3000m at the Outdoor Music City Challenge with a personal best time of 9:31.06, the second-fastest time in women's outdoor program history
• At the ASUN Outdoor Championship, finished eighth in the 5000m with a 17:26.64

2021 (Fall) Cross Country:

• Named to ASUN First Team All-Conference
• Competed in five meets for the Bisons this season
• Recorded four top-30 finishes, three top-25 finishes, two top-20 finishes, and one top-10 finish
• Opened the season at the North Alabama Showcase with a time of 17:43.1 in the 5K to claim 25th
• Finished 20th out of 265 runners at the Arturo Barrios Invitational with a time of 21:10.9
• Recorded her best finish of the season at the ASUN Cross Country Championship with a 17:20.2 in the 5K to earn 7th place
• Logged her personal best time in the 5K at the Louisville Classic with a time of 17:15.7 to finish 30th
• Put up her personal best time in the 6K at the NCAA Division I South Region Cross Country Championship with a time of 21:07.6 to cross the line 48th

2021 Track and Field:

• Competed in two indoor meets and five outdoor meets
• Indoor - ran the 3000m (finished second) and the mile (finished sixth)
• Outdoor - ran the 1500m and the 5000m, finished third in the 1500m in the Sycamore Open

2021 (Spring) Cross Country:

• Named to the All-ASUN Second Team
• Competed in 3 events
• Placed 17th in her college debut in the Belmont Opener with a time of 17:40.58
• Finished 19th in the Lipscomb Winter Classic at 18:18.4
• Best finish was 10th place at the ASUN Championship at 18:34.1
