Dyah Pritadrajati

Dyah Pritadrajati is a PhD candidate at the Australian National University's Arndt-Corden Department of Economics. Her research focuses on applied microeconomics and development economics, specifically labor and household economics. She explores topics such as education, gender, and social policy. At Yale, she will study childcare provision, kinships, and women’s labor market outcomes. Her work delves into prevalent issues in developing countries, examining the intricate dynamics of informal care and extended family living arrangements. Her research has been featured in leading journals, including Labour Economics, Economic Analysis and Policy, and the Bulletin of Monetary Economics and Banking. Previously, Dyah served as an Assistant Advisor at the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Indonesia and has provided consultancy for the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Gadjah Mada University and master’s degrees in Economics from the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge.
