Back in London, we always dreamt of building a tiny tiny window randomly on the streetside that a little head peeps through to collect your order and hands over your food.   So in Taipei, this is what we did, we built a timber set like facade to block the existing facade leaving a mini opening for our hatch with a red metallic awning with led lighting. Serving Mini BAO Happy Meals: a mini Classic, mini Shortrib, mini Sadface BAO with an optional Peanut Milk or BAO Beer."
