Have you ever read the nutrition facts for Shin Spicy Ramen?  The nutritions are a little misleading because their serving size is only for 1/2 the bag. Half the bag contains 1970mg of sodium, so a package of ramen has 3940 mg of sodium because who only eats half a ramen packet?! Other store bought instant ramen can also contain a lot of MSG and a bunch of other artificial ingredients as well.

I Made this over the weekend when it was rainy and I forgot how easy and delicious this ramen is. Please note when you heat up the chicken stock and soy milk don’t bring it up to a boil or it can curdle. Just bring up to a light simmer and keep warm. Please see recipe below:  For the pork 8oz ground pork 1Tbs mirin 1Tbs minced ginger 1Tbs minced garlic 1Tbs neutral oil 1Tbs spicy bean paste (doubanjiang) Pinch salt  For the soup base: 2Tbs soy sauce  2Tbs sesame paste or peanut butter 2tsp rice vinegar 1tsp sugar 2Tbs chili oil
